Sekarang korang dah gain some knowledge!

Study Week and Food?

Rehydrate

It’s study week and study mode is on! We are tend to eat more during this period, right? Because I also will find a food to munch because of ‘stress’ we are dealing with.

Cortisol is release when you are in stress, because you need it as effects for memorizing ,learning and mood.

Don’t be fooled by your hormone. You’re not hungry but instead you’re dehydrated. DRINK WATER! your body needs water instead of those foods you are eating right now. Water also helps you to release your stress and calm you more.

Rehydrate your body and have a good study and have a nice sleep, fellas! Good luck for your exam !

Wink wink~ ;D

Green Tea for Weight Loss

Green Tea

So, this is how I made my green tea everyday! If you are on a journey for a weight loss like me, I am sure that you know people or articles are talking so much about benefits of Green Tea.

What is so good about green tea? Well, let me share  a bit with you.

1. Green tea helps burn fat – High amount of pholyphenols helping in reduce fat content in your body.

2. Green tea stimulates Metabolism – Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) has the ability to stimulate your body’s metabolism and speed up weight loss.

3. Green tea improves endurance during exercise – The catechin polyphenols will stimulate your muscle cells and liver to use more fatty acids. As a result, your body will use carbohydrates at a slower rate. With more carbohydrates remaining in your body, you can exercise for a longer period of time, and your body will burn more calories.

Green tea can only accelerate metabolism by 4%, and this amounts to only 100 calories a day, which does not contribute a lot to weight loss. But instead of drinking empty calories beverages such as carbonated drinks, sugar added fruit juices and so on, that causing you to increase your weight, why don’t we drink green tea that helps to decrease our weight and boost our metabolism while drinking, right?

It is recommended to drink green tea 3-5 cups in a day. I drink it every meal from breakfast until dinner.

Yes, green tea does has caffeine. No doubt on that. But to exchange it with your coffee? Nope.
Because green tea has less caffeine than coffee. Green tea has 0.10mg/100g of caffeine compare to coffee which has 40mg/100g or 95mg/ 1 cup (237g). Isn’t that too much if you want to drink 3-5 cups of coffee per day?

For more information on green tea like which type of green tea is good and how to make a good green tea, you may google it and do some research regarding it. Haha~  😛

Green Tea is very good to fight Diabetes, heart diseases and cancer risks because of it has high antioxidant .

That’s all from me,Fellas. See you next time and Stay Wow! Wink wink~ ;D
