I often heard people always said that, “I wanna go to sleep and have a nice and sweet dream. Dream is a place where everyone can be what and get what they want. Just dream it.”

But for me, I don’t get that kind of views. I never get what I want in my dream. Okay, for example like I want to have a date with Rain in my dream. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED! EVEN IN MY DREAM! that’s so frustrating for me. In reality is almost 0.00000001% that I will get that chance to date Rain. Even in my dream I can’t make it real. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

But I don’t usually dream. I wonder how they meet their happiness in their night dream?

Hahaha. Okay. Enough on night dream. But for sure, I want to make my dreams become reality. ๐Ÿ™‚

Give Up?

Oh gosh.. seriously I’ve gave up quite a long time. I forgot what I want and my determination effect from my stress. It such a shame.

It’s not that I hate to see my body gain weight, it just that I don’t feel good with my body. I tend to feel tired and bloating all the time. That are effects from unhealthy habit lifestyle if you forgotten. I feel it now. Junk food, simple carbs and refined sugar. I need to wake up.

I saw Sapna’s picture on her post. Hey, every time I saw her picture, it will hit back my determination of eating healthy and smart.

Well, I’m on my examination weeks. I guess it is a good weeks to pinch me and start back everything that I left behind? I will get on track especially my meals. Gosh, it is really out of path. Shake me from this bad nightmare! Hahaha!

Cut refined flour, white rice, white sugar! 2 weeks! Go, Fieza! I can do this!!

Hi! Hello! How You’re Doing??

And yes I’m back! Yohooo~ after a time,yeah?

So, what’s happening?

I’ve lost my track. Totally. Yes. I’ve gained weight. Again. It is sad,though.

I’ve been working on it for 5 months and there I go.

First, it is all environment and secondly, my determinations went down. way down.

But may I share my opinion? I always wondering why I cannot be me? I mean, eat normally and not even have to worry on what’s gonna be happen next? Hahaha! I know it’s quite impossible especially for me who like to eat big.

My emotion and situations lost me. I’m sorry dear body.

But instead, I learned something here. Love yourself. Don’t hate it. Try to overcome it, my eating disorder. I try not to over for it. I still try to control it.

you know what? every time I want to eat, I also asked myself. “why I cannot eat it?” When I holding a bread. “Is it guilty for me to eat this?” when I was standing in front of ice cream box. “I cannot have this today?” Thinking on what to eat for lunch.

It such a shameful for me when I’m not able to choose my meals properly. I mean, I’m getting fat not because I’m trying different foods but more on I chose same foods everyday. That hurts me, though. really.

I want to enjoy, working on my body, make it move and eat normally and properly. I don’t want to strict myself. I just want to be a normal people. When I want to eat it, I can eat it. Oh dear body. Seems that I’m too lazy to move yeah?

When they are busy to update their relationship, I am busy to fight on how to build up my family again. It has been scattered into fine pieces. I can’t even see how it can be normal again.

I tried to smile. Fake every emotion.

Seems like I let go every problems. I don’t give a damn on it anymore.

What is FAMILY all about? Do I actually have it since in beginning?

What is LOVE? Do I received it?

What is HAPPINESS? Living in fake while we are totally suffering?

I guess so many people are still afraid to eat nuts. Most of the reason – It will cause acne ย and breakage on the skin and it is high in fat. To those who are trying to lose some weight, in progress of bod/ muscle building, eat healthy and clean, this is what you should snack!

First of all, nuts are not the reason why skin breakage or acne or pimple or oily face. This is how acne occurs:

Acne occurs when several things happen inside the pore. First, the sebaceous glands produce too much oil. Then, as the pore’s lining naturally renews itself, it sheds dead cells.

Several factors can lead to acne, including:

  • Hormones
  • Heredity
  • Some medicines
  • Some make-up and cosmetic products
  • Friction from clothing and sporting equipment
  • Environmental factors such as pollution and humidity

Factors thatย DO NOTย lead to acne include:

  • Diet
  • Dirt on the skin
  • Normal, day-to-day stress

Other factors can be because your digestive system not effectively digest nuts which has been fried (too oily) or maybe you are having a allergic from nuts. If you choose nuts that have been added too much oil ,salt and sugar, that are one of the reasons why you’re having a breakage. Try to buy the natural or roasted nuts. Your body will love it! ๐Ÿ˜‰

It is true that nuts are high in fats – which is unsaturated fat. It is part of the healthy fat that your body need to fight fat. Yes. You read it right. Nuts are Fat-Fighting Food! Most of the people are still believe that food contains fats will causing obesity or fat storage. It is actually Carbohydrates that store fats inside of your body/ under your skin. Don’t avoid healthy fats in your daily nutrition, hence eat it in moderation. It is very helpful in weigh loss. Other than that, it is also disease fighting properties. According to the research, people who consume nuts and healthy fats are less risk in getting heart disease, respiratory problems, Type 2 Diabetes and cancer thus extend life expectancy!

Nuts are traditional protein sources. It helps to reduce saturated fat and calorie in overall diet. Besides that, protein is satiating. Again, it is healthy mono-saturated fat and one of the best plant source of protein. It metabolized slowly by the body because of high in fiber. Researchers said that snackers feel more satisfied when snacking nuts compared to other healthy snacks. That is why it is good and very recommended as food for weight maintenance.

Did you know that Peanut is a brain food? I love Peanuts!!!! It is good for brain health because it contained vitamin E which prevent cognitive decline that happens with age and Vitamin B folate which improve neutral health. It is crunchy right? Don’t you love that crunchiness? It is that suggest mechanical aspect of chewing generates a satiety signal.

Whenever you are stress, try to eat nuts. It is said that it is good for stress reduction since it rich in alpha-linolenic acids that contained in walnuts. There are many types of nuts can be found out there and it can be differ in different country. But mostly, recommended nuts are peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts and pistachio. For me, it is easy and cheap to buy peanuts here in Malaysia compared to walnuts and pistachios.

Remember, try to buy nuts that not been ‘contaminated’ with added oil, salt or sugar. Most of the nuts product sell in the shops have been fried and hydrogenated thus, the nutrients are less and bad for body. Choose your nuts smartly. Check those labels before you buy it. Understand your food more.

An ounce of nuts a day keeps the doctor away.

I encourage you to put nuts in your nutrition and throw away your bad impression on nuts. Instead, enjoy it in moderation and feel the different!
